1. Promotion name / period
This “October Flash Sale” (the “Promotion”) runs from October 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM (midnight) through October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM (local time), unless ended earlier by The Bounce Theory.

2. Eligibility

• This Promotion is open to customers in our standard delivery service area (within radius as defined on our website).

• To qualify, the subtotal (before tax & delivery) plus applied delivery fees must be at least $300.

• Must be with 20 miles delivery radius for promotional offers on delivery, and subject to limitations of delivery schedule.

• The discount cannot be applied to any custom orders, custom-designed products, or items explicitly labeled “custom / bespoke / personalized”.

• Only one promotional discount per booking.

• The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, coupon, discount code, or prior agreement, unless explicitly stated.

• The Promotion must be redeemed at time of booking (online or via phone/email); retroactive discounts will not be allowed after booking is confirmed.

3. Discount / Offer specifics

• Depending on the specific Flash Sale variant (e.g. $75 off, 20% off bundle, delivery fee waiver), the discount will be applied to the qualifying order amount after system validation of eligibility.

• The discount will not exceed the cost of non-delivery items (i.e. you cannot have a negative or zero charge on rentals just by discounting more than the rental portion).

• If delivery fees, taxes, permit costs, or other charges exist beyond the rental subtotal, those may remain payable unless specifically waived in the offer.

4. Booking & confirmation

• To redeem, the customer must: (a) complete a booking request (online quote or reservation) within the Promotion period, (b) indicate / enter the flash sale code (if applicable) or inform the agent that they wish to use the October Flash Sale.

• After booking, The Bounce Theory will send a contract and invoice reflecting the discounted amount. The booking is only confirmed when deposit / payment is made and contract is signed, subject to availability.

5. Delivery & scheduling

• All standard delivery policies (rental windows, delivery radius, one-hour window, site access requirements, etc.) remain in effect.

• For event dates exceeding typical service radius, travel fees may apply; those extra fees are not covered by the Promotion unless specifically stated.

• The Promotion discount does not apply to after-hours delivery fees, overtime charges, or expedited setup requests (unless otherwise specified).

6. Cancellation / rescheduling / refund policy

• If the customer cancels or reschedules the event, the standard cancellation and rescheduling policies of The Bounce Theory apply (as per contract).

• If cancellation or rescheduling occurs after the non-refundable deposit is paid, that deposit is non-refundable (unless otherwise allowed under contract).

• If a customer reschedules to a date outside October, the Flash Sale discount may be forfeited (i.e., the original full rate may apply), unless both parties agree in writing to retain the discount.

7. Limitations & liability

• The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

• The Bounce Theory reserves the right to refuse the Promotion to any booking that appears fraudulent or violates our terms.

• The Promotion is subject to availability — if inventory is sold out or unavailable for a given date, the discount may not be honored.

• This Promotion does not affect or override any safety, damage, or liability terms in standard rental contracts.

• The Bounce Theory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected bookings or redemption requests.

8. Modification or early termination

• The Bounce Theory reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

• If the Promotion is terminated early, bookings confirmedbefore termination will still honor the discount under these Terms.

• No compensation or credit will be provided for unused or expired offers.

9. Disputes

• Any disputes or questions regarding eligibility, booking, or discount application must be raised within 7 calendar days of booking confirmation, via email to hello@thebouncetheory.com (or official channel).

• The Bounce Theory’s decisions as to eligibility and discounting are final.

10. Publicity & marketing

• The Bounce Theory reserves the right to announce or advertise this Promotion across its marketing channels (website, email, social).

• Customers agree that any marketing materials (photos, testimonials) from events booked under this Promotion may be used by The Bounce Theory, unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writin20
